This page explains what services Farmwife Financials, LLC (“Farmwife Financials,” “we,” “our”) does and does not provide, plus the terms that apply to use of this website and any engagement with us.

Professional scope & credentials

Specifically, we do not provide:

• Tax preparation, tax filings, or tax advice.
• Audit, review, compilation, or any attestation services.
• Legal advice or legal services.
• Licensed investment advice or securities recommendations.

For any of the above, you should consult a licensed CPA, attorney, or qualified professional in the relevant field. We’re happy to coordinate with your CPA, tax preparer, or attorney as part of an engagement.

What we do provide

• Accounting & Financial Infrastructure. Establish accounting systems, develop month-end close processes, design and implement financial reporting, and audit/assess historical accounting practices.
• Operations & Process Improvement. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), hire and train office staff, and conduct enterprise and operational analysis.
• Strategic Planning & Transition Support. SWOT analysis, risk-management strategy review, loan-proposal and financial-viability review, succession planning, and exit strategy. This is operational/strategic advisory work, not licensed financial advice or securities advice.

Engagement

All work requires a written engagement letter that sets out scope, deliverables, pricing, and timing. Nothing on this website is a contract or an offer to provide services. An engagement begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter.

Information accuracy

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice. Reading this site does not create a client relationship. Do not act or refrain from acting based on information on this site without consulting a qualified professional.

Client responsibilities

The accuracy of any financial work we perform depends on the information and source documents you provide. As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing complete, accurate, and timely source documents.
• Approving categorizations and significant decisions in a reasonable timeframe.
• Maintaining the underlying business and tax records required by law.
• Final review and acceptance of deliverables before they are used for filings or external reporting.

Pricing

All services are quoted based on complexity. Pricing is confirmed in writing in the engagement letter before work begins. Out-of-scope work is communicated in writing and approved before being performed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farmwife Financials’ total liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Intellectual property

The content of this website (text, design, images, code) is the property of Farmwife Financials, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish material from this site without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
