Contact details you submit. If you send a message through the contact form, email Kate directly, or call, we receive your name, contact information, business name, and whatever you choose to share about your business.
Basic site analytics. We may collect anonymous information about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This is used to improve the site, not to identify you.
Cookies. The site uses a small number of cookies to keep the site functioning. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry and discuss whether we’re a good fit.
To send information you’ve requested (proposals, engagement letters, follow-ups).
To deliver bookkeeping and financial-systems services once we’ve agreed to work together.

We keep client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and tax-record retention requirements. Inquiry messages from non-clients are retained for a reasonable follow-up window and then deleted.

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, and we’ll share it within a reasonable time.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to any legal or contractual record-keeping obligations.
You can opt out of receiving non-essential communications (newsletters, marketing) at any time.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
